RICA Engineering offers ready-made high performance Turbo Kits for the ultimate in Volvo performance upgrades, which include fully customised ECM software available either at your RICA agent or with the new RICA iSoftLoader handheld programming tool. Further enhancements can also be made by fitting high performance suspension and brakes to complement this high performance tune and produce a highly capable sports car. Available for C30 / C70 / S40 / V50 T5 Max Power = 325 hp (GT28) / 350 hp (GT30) Max Torque = 500 Nm (GT28) / 550 Nm (GT30)

	The key to this upgrade is the uprated Garrett GT28/GT30 turbocharger, which comes supplied with a dump valve, wastegate and actuator. These particular turbos are capable of producing 325/350 hp and 500/550 Nm on the C30 T5 engine.
	A new high performance 5 branch exhaust manifold is required in order to fit the new uprated GT28/GT30 turbocharger as the original Volvo turbocharger is integrated into the original exhaust manifold.
	In order to further improve the performance of the engine with the new turbocharger, a complete high performance exhaust system is supplied, comprising of a 3” large bore downpipe and sports cat-back system to reduce back pressure.
	Special custom RICA software is required to bring together all the high performance components in the kit and extract the maximum performance and driveability without compromising engine reliability. Also available with the new RICA iSoftLoader.
